Finally a roleplaying game that is missing all that unimportant plot or story stuff and just focuses on the real important things: good old round-based fighting, a little bit of character advancement and LOOT!
You can create a group of four characters and explore a dungeon. No traps or unforeseen things. When there are monsters you see them before entering a room and can decide, whether you´d like to fight them or just find another way.
The problem with this game: you will practically drown in loot. There´s so much of it, you must really like equipping your characters after nearly every fight, or else you might loose all those important items that make you stronger.
Tactics 100 Live

An easy to learn hard to master round based RPG. You can use a preset army or create your own. Each unit costs points based on its type and updates and your army can have up to a total of 100 points, hence the game's name.
When in battle, you have to move your guys tactically and use weapons and spells to destroy the enemy's army.
And best of all: It's not only singleplayer! You can battle your friends in a multiplayer match as well, or simply challenge someone on the server.
Definitely one of my all time favourite flash games!

Aliens - The Board Game

Very cool game for an awesome setting. But just like in the movie it's a game of " And Then There Were None" - you're constantly surrounded by aliens and barely make it out alive.
I died in the second stage after killing myself with grenades (yes, they warn you about that, but what are you supposed to do when cornerd and attacked by gazillions of Aliens? Check the screenshot, yes those are all Aliens, and only Burke is alive!)
All in all a bit too challenging for my taste, but the setting and turn based tactics make the game pretty addictive. Hope you enjoy the find!

You can get past the obstacles quite easily by placing your dude in the upper right corner and then moving the mouse off screen. Nothing will collide with you since the collision isn't based on your dude, but on your cursor -- design flaw or feature? I enjoyed watching it :)

Have you ever wanted to be a bartender? Here´s your chance!
Mix drinks and entertain your customers by throwing bottles, glasses or icecubes around and hopefully catching them again. When you do not break anything for some time, you can perform a special trick according to the character you´ve chosen.
Save your progress and when you´ve earned enough money, you can buy some add-ons to improve your tips or to make your bottles harder to break.
After the tutorial you should visit the train-section and get to know some tricks. Some are quite easy and can be very useful, especially at the beginning.
